Full Stack Developer — Senior

RBT TechSol is looking for a talented Senior Full Stack Developer to join our elite engineering team.
As a Senior Developer, you will lead technical decisions in complex projects, drive architecture design, and mentor junior/middle team members.
You will be involved in the entire product development lifecycle: from requirements analysis, system design, feature development to deployment and production maintenance.

- Minimum 4 years of full-stack software development experience
- Proficient in React.js / Next.js (App Router, Server Components)
- Proficient in Node.js / Express.js or NestJS
- Experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB or relational databases
- Deep understanding of REST API design and GraphQL
- Experience with Docker, CI/CD (GitHub Actions / GitLab CI)
- Solid knowledge of TypeScript, OOP and Design Patterns
- Experience deploying to AWS / GCP / Vercel
- Good communication skills, ability to work in teams and lead
- Good reading comprehension of English technical documentation
